Sielco website: new services, same ease of navigation

Sielco has implemented a series of improvements to its website, enriching its services. This has been done without changing its base structure in order to maintain the same appreciated ease of navigation. The updated site offers advanced interaction with visitors and enhanced pre- and post-sales technical/sales support, maintaining the usual intuitiveness. Here is a quick summary of the main changes:

Each page of the PRODUCTS section has been expanded with more details and new downloadable marketing contents. Furthermore, interactive links allow quick access to the list of options available for the selected product. Likewise, the OPTIONS section allows to immediately identify the products compatible with the chosen option by consulting and downloading the relevant information.

Thanks to the new CONTACTS form, it is now possible to communicate directly with the needed department (assistance, Italian sales, foreign sales, etc.): a special selector simplifies the organized entry of the information necessary to quickly identify the reported enquiry. This allows departments to offer customers faster and more precise responses.

But the real news is represented by the new SUPPORT section, where installers and radio broadcasters, after a simple registration, can access a large archive of downloadable and searchable content for each Sielco product. This resource facilitates product support and maintenance. The contents are also updated regularly based on customer requests, which can be sent by selecting "Site problems" in the CONTACTS form.

It should also be higlighted that the site has been optimized both for browsing from PC/Mac and mobile devices, ensuring a fluid and intuitive user experience on all the main platforms.
